OilfieldBOSS™ is operated by Qalrix Group ("we", "us"). This notice explains what information the OilfieldBOSS website (www.oilfieldboss.com) collects and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you join the beta waitlist we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, title, primary interest and any note you add.

Information collected automatically

• To prevent abuse of the waitlist form we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and the country your request came from.
• The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process standard technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages.

How we use it

• To contact you about the OilfieldBOSS beta and your waitlist request.
• To understand which basins and products interest our visitors.
• To protect the site against spam and misuse.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

We keep waitlist information while the beta program is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@oilfieldboss.com.

Beta participants

Beta users sign in to the Intel app with a one-time email code through Cloudflare Access, which sets a session cookie needed to keep you signed in.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
